Availability:

All Prices quoted are subject to availabitity at time of enquiry/booking, and prices can change at any time.

Travel Creationz and its associates and suppliers have the right to withdraw any special offer at any time, without prior notice.

Prices are subject to currency fluctuations.

Prices quoted are valid for 24 hours only, unless otherwise specifed by your consultant.

User Agreement:

The information contained on the Travel Creationz website, and quotation is an invitation to do business.  Travel Creationz acts herein as an agent for our respective business partners and suppliers and therefore any agreement resulting from the acceptance of an order is deemed to be an agreement between the relevant business partners and yourself.

Applicable Law:

This site is created, maintained and controlled in the Republic of South Africa and as such, the laws of the Republic of South Africa and the jurisdiction of the South African Court govern this user agreement and the use or inability to use this site. As most of our suppliers are located abroad, each booking will be subject to the conditions/rules/laws of the supplier's resident country.
 

Booking Terms & Conditions:

In order to secure your booking and confirm your reservation, Travel Crationz requires a 30% non-refundable deposit payment at the time of making the booking. The reservation may be cancelled otherwise. The outstanding balance payment 70% is due 6 weeks prior to the departure date of your travel. Should you travel within the 6 week period, before the start date of your travel, full payment is required. Bookings are non-refundable/non-changegable from 6 weeks prior to departure date.

Payment Options Accepted:

Payment may be made via Electronic Bank Payment into the Travel Creationz bank account, the details of which will be provided upon Invoicing  OR Visa/ Master Card.
A 3,5% Credit Card Merchant fee will be added to any Credit Card Payment. Air Tickets excluded.

 

Delivery Policy:

Subject to availability and receipt of payment, requests will be processed and delivery confirmed by way of a product voucher. 
 

Travel Documents/Requirements:

It is entirely the traveller’s own responsibility to ensure they have the proper travel documents at time of travel. Travel Creationz will not be held accountable/liable for clients not having the necessary documents.

Any cancellation/change fees resulting out of accidents or unforseen circumstances, will be the clients' full responsibility.

Passport validity:
General rules state that your passport should be valid for at least 6 months from the date of exit, but it's recommended that you have at least 12 months on your passport before it expires.

Passport should have sufficient blank pages at time of travel.
New requirements, introduced by the South African Department of Home Affairs, specify that all minors (children under 18 years) are required to produce, in addition to their passport, an Unabridged Birth Certificate which shows the details of both parents, and parental consent affidavit where a parent is not accompanying the child for all international travel to and from South Africa.

Visas:
Please check if you require a Visa for the country you visit and/or transit through.

COVID-19: 
Please check if you require Proof of Vaccination, or Testing or quarantine for the country you visit and/or transit through. 
Please make sure you carry your Vaccination Certificate with you at all times whilst travelling abroad.

It is also advisable to carry a Mask with you, for in case it is required to enter planes, hotels, tourist attractions and/or certain areas.
Travel Creationz IS NOT ASSUMING ANY OBLIGATION OR LIABILITY AND THE CLIENT INDEMNIFIES Travel Creationz against any consequences of the Client’s failure to comply with any such requirements.

Travel Insurance:

Travel Creationz recommends that every international traveller take out proper Travel Insurance to cover any unforeseen incidents.  Travel Creationz will not be held accountable/liable for any loss if clients choose not to take out the necessary Travel Insurance for their journey.
Travel Creationz IS NOT ASSUMING ANY OBLIGATION OR LIABILITY AND THE CLIENT INDEMNIFIES Travel Creationz against any consequences of the Client’s failure to take out Travel Insurance.

Changes/Refunds Terms & Conditions:

Bookings are non-refundable/non-changegable once full payment is received.
No refunds will be granted for non-arrival or early departures, due to whatever reason.

Any changes/cancellations are purely at the discression of the supplier/hotel, and Travel Creationz will assist with trying to obtain the best outcome for our clients.

Sequence requirements:
Tickets must be used in the sequence set out in the itinerary. Otherwise, you may not be able to cancel tickets or board your flight.  Airlines have the right to cancel subsequent flights if tickets are used out of sequence.

Customer Privacy Policy:

Travel Creationz shall take all reasonable steps to protect the personal information of users. For the purpose of this clause, “personal information” shall be defined as detailed in the Promotion of Access to Information Act 2 of 2000 (PAIA). Variation:

Travel Creationz, in its sole discretion, can change this agreement or any part thereof at any time without notice.

Hotel Standards:

Hotel standards may vary between countries, and it is advisable to discuss recommendations with one of our consultants. TRAVEL CREATIONZ strongly recommends clients consult Tripadvisor.com or similar websites in order to establish whether the accommodation booked, meets your specific requirements.
It will be assumed that whichever options the clients choose to book, have been throroughly reviewed directly by the clients themselves, and that they are satisfied with their choice.
